By registering, we give you access to all Shirtcity features. In addition, we need your registration for individual information, such as your shipping address, sending the order confirmation, shipping options and for the clear assignment of data to your profile. The registration is free of charge and non-binding.

Questions about my order

If your order is incorrect, please cancel it immediately under “My Account” and then simply place a new one. Once production has started, it is no longer possible to cancel the order. In this case, please contact our customer service. Unfortunately, in many cases we can no longer consider change requests by e-mail because some of the items ordered have already been printed.

All of our printed products are made to order because we cannot keep the millions of possible combinations of designs, shirts, colors, positions and print sizes in stock. We print on demand. The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or printed. For unprinted products, you naturally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days, see the terms and conditions for more details. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact customer service and we will try to find a solution. Products with printing errors or quality defects will of course be re-produced or taken back.

You can easily track the current status of your order under “My Account”. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification.

Please first check the order confirmation or invoice to see if there is actually an error on our part. If this is the case, the incorrectly printed product will be replaced. Please contact us using the form on the contact page. Be sure to include your order number. Our staff will inform you about the next steps. Please complain about an error within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, later complaints cannot be accepted. If you are asked to return the order, this is the return address: Shirtcity Reuttierstraße 40 89123 Neu-Ulm Parcels sent postage paid will NOT be accepted!

The duration of the refund depends on the payment method. Refunds for card payments are credited approximately 3 days after approval, for bank transfers the credit takes approximately ten days. Credit notes in the form of a voucher are usually issued immediately.

There is no minimum order quantity. At Shirtcity you can design and order individual items. Shirtcity specializes in short runs with no minimum order quantity.

Not 100 percent. Please note that the illustration is similar. Minimal deviations may occur, e.g. in the relative size of the imprint to the product or in the color representation

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. The printing of your products takes 1 to 2 working days, plus the delivery time to your home country.

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note the delivery times to your home country.

Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.

We print using the DTG process (digital printing). The print is of very high quality and wash-resistant.

To keep your printed products for a long time, you should observe the following care instructions: - Wash inside out, up to a maximum of 30°C - Do not dry clean - Do not heat dry - Do not bleach - Iron inside out, medium heat, without steam

We source various products from different brands from various suppliers. There are slight differences from brand to brand, from product to product, but all our textiles and other products are tested and proven. We pay attention to high quality and good wearing comfort.
